About The Job

IT22 is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role you will hold a leadership position in projects to achieve sales objectives and goals through technical leadership both internally and with customers. You’ll be expected to handle varying levels of discussions about our solutions with the ability to learn deeper architectural and technical details in key areas to your account base. You will participate in the discovery of business and technical challenges to solve problems by mapping them to Red Hat solutions. As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of our presales technical team architecting solutions and coordinating the efforts of additional IT22 specialist to solve your customers business challenges while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. You’ll need to have excellent communication and people skills, with a balance of technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of business processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of customers' business and IT environments, and collaborate with sales teams to assess the potential application of our solutions.
• Provide presales technical support for the development and implementation of complex solutions and services.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate the technical efforts of other team members in the company such as product specialists, consultants and support associates.
• Deliver compelling recommendations that result in the closing of new sales.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent supporting enterprise accounts.
• Experienced in one or more areas of emerging technologies like Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Services (PaaS), Linux containers, container orchestration and management, automation and configuration management, DevOps and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), or modern application frameworks.
• Integration, development, or administration experience with UNIX and Linux systems.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Public or private cloud experience.
