About The Job
We are seeking a knowledgeable junior cloud engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be assisting your seniors with infrastructure and deployment assignments. You will work closely with our DevOps and Linux teams to ensure that our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist your seniors in
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure in line with organizational needs.
- Assist your seniors in deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud infrastructures, provision and de-provision of cloud resources as needed, and optimizing resource utilization
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard cloud resources and data.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance issues and bottlenecks.
- Optimise resource utilization and troubleshoot performance problems.
- You may be assigned other roles as and where organization needs.
- Backup and Data Management.
- Patch Management.
- Performance Testing.
- Troubleshooting.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar relevant degree with 1 year related experience
- Working knowledge of the following: Cloud (AWS, AZURE, GCP, Virtualization, Container services (Docker), Kubernetes cluster, Bash Scripting, Ansible Automation Platform.
- Knowledge of OpenShift and RedHat products are a plus.
