About The Role
We seek a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an IT Project Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of innovative products and projects while maintaining a clear focus on business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Utilize project management best practices to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they are achieved effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any roadblocks or challenges that arise during project execution.
- Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including leadership and team members.
- Embrace Agile principles and methodologies, implementing Scrum or other relevant frameworks to drive iterative product development and project execution.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to improve team performance and product quality continuously.
Product Ownership
- Lead the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify product opportunities and improvements.
- Develop and prioritize product features and enhancements, creating clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments throughout the product life cycle.
Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction
- Define and maintain product quality standards, working closely with QA teams to ensure products meet quality benchmarks.
- Monitor customer feedback and user metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Leading projects end-to-end, from inception and vision creation through to acceptance into service and support.
- Manage project financials including initial business case, estimates, budgets, and forecasts across Opex and Capex.
- Proactivity manage a complex project stakeholder environment up to the executive level across multiple internal functions.
- Lead and manage internal resources across a matrix organization and across a supplier landscape globally.
- Define and manage a clear communication strategy across project teams up to executive levels.
- Create and maintain an accurate program-wide RAID log and ensure that the relevant parties are involved in addressing each factor.
- Create and manage sprints, project planning, and administration in JIRA.
- Establish an approach for ensuring the realization of benefits and the measurement of those benefits against the business case across the entire program.
- Close projects and conduct lessons learned sessions to capture and document the knowledge and ensure its availability to other program and project managers.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Foster strong relationships with various teams, including development, IT operations, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between team members to promote a productive and positive work environment.
Personal Profile:
- Proven project management expertise for at least 4 years.
- Strong personality, excellent client-facing, and internal communication abilities.
- Delivered various projects/programs on time and on budget.
- Experience across multiple project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile and hybrid).
- Ability to apply both creative and pragmatic thinking to problem-solving.
- Can work autonomously with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and people management expertise, with the ability to prioritize activities and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
- Self-motivated, driven, and proactive; able to acclimate in a very fast-paced environment.
