About The Job

The HR Manager at IT22 plays a critical role in supporting the company's IT division by providing strategic HR guidance, managing various HR functions, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and the IT department's goals. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, operational HR support, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintaining office decorum by developing and implementing HR-related policies.
  • Collaborate with All department managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the industry.
  • Develop, Implement and Manage the complete life cycle of the recruiting process (including but not limited to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing) across multiple disciplines, mainly focusing on IT development and IT operations.
  • Partner closely with your hiring managers, develop relationships, coach, and assist them as needed to optimize their hiring capabilities, and act as a consultative leader to drive the Recruiting process.
  • Fully participate in the overall recruitment Process and ensure to provide the best possible experience for all candidates, and nurture and manage relationships with candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact for IT22/ELF Tech employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Address, record and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
  • Work with Higher Management to set performance goals and execute quarterly retrospectives.
  • Identify training needs in all departments and develop end-to-end training programs.
  • Facilitate or coordinate all training sessions and workshops.
  • Develop and enforce HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Collect and analyse HR-related data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Participate in project planning, especially in areas like workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handle the administrative aspects of employee departures, including exit interviews and paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • The duties are not limited to above mentioned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field is preferable.
  • Proven experience in HR / Recruiter roles, with a focus on supporting IT functions.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • It is good to have experience in HR / Recruitment related software.
