What we collect

When you use the contact form, email or call us, we receive what you share: your first and last name, work email, your message, and the page you wrote from. Submissions through the contact form are stored in our HubSpot account; HubSpot processes them on our behalf. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records how you use the site, such as the pages you view, your approximate location and your device and browser. Without your consent, this website sets no tracking cookies and Google Analytics does not run.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and take steps before an agreement, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

Our staff, and the service providers that help us run this website and our email, under agreements that protect your data. These include HubSpot (contact form) and, only if you accept analytics, Google (Google Analytics). Google may process data outside the European Economic Area.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and the conversation that follows. We delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy, or object to our use of it. Write to info@it22.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
